FAQ
Questions we get asked.
Is Remote WorkHER free to join?
Yes. Free gives you the job board and application tracker, the Talent Pool, challenges and discussions. From there, Starter at ₦3,000/month adds your personalized roadmap, the AI tools and the Learning Hub, and Job Seeker at ₦6,500/month is the one most women pick when they start applying properly.
Do I need to be a developer or work in tech?
No. Remote WorkHER is built around careers, not one specific industry. Whether you're starting out, switching careers, looking for a better role or growing where you are, the platform is designed to help you move forward.
What can Hera help me with?
Hera is your AI Career Guide. She can help you understand your career options, figure out your next move, use Remote WorkHER tools, work through career problems and make better decisions based on your goals and activity.
How does mentorship work?
Mentors across product, engineering, finance, design and marketing give us their time each month, split into 30-minute 1:1 slots. Sign up, then see what’s available and book — open to everyone, no membership required.
How does the Career Planner work?
Your career plan gives you a structured path toward your goal. Your planner then turns that plan into actionable tasks alongside relevant jobs, courses, challenges and other recommendations.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can manage your subscription according to the billing terms of your plan.
Can I use it if I’m not in Nigeria?
Yes. The platform is remote-first and open to anyone across the globe — Nigeria is home, but we have members and chapters across Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, Cameroon and the diaspora too.
